Overview:

Step into the sacred space of Nature Institute for a transformative Rebirth Journey designed to align you with your higher self.

For five days, you will be immersed in nature, served nourishing meals, and deeply immersed in ceremonies. You will be guided through a process of cleansing, healing, and awakening your highest potential.

• Ceremonies: Participants can participate in a variety of sacred ceremonies, including the Ayahuasca, Fire Ceremony, Hapé Circle, Cacao River Experience, and Temazcal (Native American Sweat Tent).
• Holistic Practices: Meditative sessions, energetic cleansing, and traditional healing practices will guide you through physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal.

Ayahuasca Rebirth Journey at Nature’s Institute – 5-Day Experience

At Nature’s Institute, every detail is crafted to provide an unforgettable experience aligned with the powerful energies. Over five immersive days, you will reconnect with your inner self, renew your energy, and set new intentions for the next life cycle.

Day 1: (Thursday) – Arrival and Relaxation in Nature

• Upon arrival at Nature’s Institute, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful environment, marking the beginning of your transformational journey.
• Take the day to relax and connect with the surrounding nature, allowing the earth’s healing energies to begin their magic, and eat a refreshing lite dinner.

Day 2: (Friday) – Embracing Rebirth Energies

• 8:00 AM: Dawn Meditation
• 9:00 AM: Breakfast
  Welcome the day with a warm, peaceful atmosphere, setting the tone for your transformation. Refreshments will be served to help you settle in.
• 10:00 AM: Opening Ceremony with Energy Cleansing
  We start with a powerful ceremony to cleanse your energy, activating the lower chakras (Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus). Then, we align the elements of Air and Earth to support the release of the old and welcome the new.
• 11:00 AM: Ancestral Medicine Circle
  Step into a sacred circle of wisdom, where ancestral energies guide you in healing and reflection. This space offers a chance to reconnect with collective consciousness and explore intentions for the next phase in your life.
• 1:00 PM: Nutritious Lunch
  Enjoy a detoxifying plant-based meal that aligns with your spiritual and physical intentions.
• 2:30 PM: Pajelança – Healing Ceremony
  In this traditional Brazilian healing ceremony, you will experience profound healing. Your element of water will align, allowing for emotional release.
• 4:30 PM: Rest and Reflection
  Take time to integrate the day’s experiences.
• 7:00 PM: Fire and Ayahuasca Ceremony with Drumming
  Under the starry sky, join a Fire Ceremony combined with Ayahuasca. The drums call to your spirit, helping you release what no longer serves you.

Day 3: Saturday – Deepening Rebirth Energies

• 7:30-8:00 AM: Dawn Meditation
  Start the day with dawn meditation, aligning with the natural rhythms of the earth.
• 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  A light breakfast nourishes the body as you continue your rebirth journey.
• 10:00 AM: River Experience with Hapé, Cacao, and Tobacco
  Immerse yourself in nature with a River Ceremony, where sacred cacao opens your heart, and the water flows, carrying the past away. Tobacco helps ground you, connecting with the wisdom of the day.
• 3:00 PM: Lunch
  Return to Nature’s Institute table for a nutritious meal, supporting the body’s natural detox.
• 4:30 PM: Healing Session and Individual Therapy & Nutrition
  As evening approaches, experience Access Bars, a healing modality that releases emotions and limiting beliefs. A light meal follows, aligning nutrition with your evolving energetic state.
• 6:00 PM: Rest and Reflection
  Take time to integrate the day’s experiences.
• 9:00 PM: Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
  This ceremony deepens your connection with ancestral wisdom, offering visions and healing.

Day 4: Sunday – Union of the Four Elements and Rebirth

 

• 6:30-7:00 AM: Dawn Meditation
  Anchor the deep transformations with another dawn meditation.
• 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  Nourish your body for the day ahead.
• 12:00 PM: Lunch
• 2:00 PM: Temazcal – Indigenous Sauna
  Experience the Temazcal, an indigenous sauna uniting Earth, Water, Air, and Fire for complete purification.
• 5:00 PM: Closing Ceremony
  Celebrate the rebirth, expressing gratitude and sealing intentions for the next cycle.

Day 5: Monday – Rest, Integration, and Preparation for Return

The final day is dedicated to integration and rest. Take time to reflect on and absorb the profound changes before heading home. A special brunch will be served, followed by free time to walk in nature. Before departure, a gratitude ritual will honor the process and express gratitude for all blessings received.

Shamanic Ceremonies and Responsibility

By attending this retreat, I understand that the organization and its practitioners do not claim to treat or cure any illness or disease. The Shamanic Ceremonies offered are complementary to, and not a substitute for, state-licensed medical services. These ceremonies, rooted in traditional and indigenous healing principles, are intended to support balance and wellness within body, mind, and spirit, but they are not medical diagnostic procedures.

Extent of Offering

Practitioners may engage in traditional and indigenous healing practices, which may include discussions on lifestyle, nutrition, and spiritual wellness. Certain practices may involve touch, natural plants, physical movements, and ceremonial sacraments. It is recommended that participants follow a strict plant-based diet and abstain from alcohol for at least 2–3 weeks prior to the retreat to enhance results and increase receptivity to the experience.. I agree to continue all prescribed medications and treatments unless directed otherwise by the prescribing medical provider.

Ayahuasca and Purging

The Ayahuasca ceremonies may involve physical purging, which is considered a natural and integral part of the experience. Facilities, staff, and practitioners will be on-site to monitor participants and hold space to ensure maximum comfort and safety throughout the ceremony.

Assumption of Risk and Acknowledgment of Rights

I acknowledge the potential risks of these practices and affirm that I have received satisfactory answers to any questions. I release the organization and its practitioners from liability for any adverse effects related to my participation. I confirm that I am a competent adult, acting solely on my own behalf.

Ninth Amendment Declaration and Constructive Notice

Pursuant to the Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, I retain my right to freedom of choice in health care, including the right to choose my dietary and wellness practices. Any interference with these rights may be considered a violation of my civil and constitutional rights under Title 42, U.S.C. § 1983 and Title 18, U.S.C. § 241.
